Played with him, he move set's pretty good and so are the sprites. Would recommend him if you really like pacman.

yeah, this is still the super broken version. Also, I noticed that the WinMugen version's super use power, and the 1.0 version does not, I wonder why that is? This characters is some seriously broken shit, killed Super vegitto, Homer cheap type, and G.Rozwel (the cheap version) without breaking a sweat, she's also got a full screen OHKO attack she uses when her health is low, this is without a doubt a nuke character; be warned.

Baidu is kinda hard to navigate sometimes, and the way the author (hell) organized his folder is confusing, but you can download to files normally, just keep moving through folders until you see the .rar files.
