  1. This guy's voice always made me laugh.
  2. I think it's just based off of fighting games in general.
  3. That's kind of weird. I notice that the Database has a pretty lenient opinion on people's sprites. Like, if a sprite at least looks like a character, it's decent. Most sites are generally a bit more stern in this regard. ...But generally, not THAT stern. Frozen Buffalo is a pretty good spriter. Better than most of the spriters on the Database (Including myself) and I find it odd that they would be so strict towards this sprites at MFG. ...But then again, I've heard the MFG is a pretty bad place.
  4. No offense, but that's kind of stubborn.
  5. Okay, good.
  6. It looks like a Dio spriteswap. I hope it's just Chang with some of Dio's moves.
  7. I guess I never really had an opinion on the character, but that's a good look on it. :)
  8. *Sigh* I don't think I've been more disappointed with a game than I was with Final Fantasy XIII. They spent so much time on the graphics and the story, and it felt like gameplay and fun factor was an afterthought.
  9. That doesn't even look like Lightning to me. It might just be the pallet.
  10. For some reason, I've been saying "Okie-dokie" the way Mario says it a lot in real life, lately.
  11. Again, though, who originally did the Charlotte?
  12. Yeah, I remember the first time I saw that. It seemed so pathetically low-budget, it was almost embarrassing.
  13. I'm sure they will work that out. Don't worry.
  14. Now that I think of it, that was another thing I disliked about the game is that Mario doesn't just turn around, he acts like a vehicle when turning around. I haven't noticed that glitch, though.
  15. Like I said, I played it a few weeks ago, but I really didn't find it all that great. Part of it was the awful camera angles. But maybe I just played it too late or something. Then again, I've never been a huge fan of the Mario series in general, but I think I'd like it more if I played it when it was new.
  16. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOFyuhIkvT4 [Description] The one and only Super Mario 64. A classic N64 title many argue to be one of the best games ever made. In this game, Mario travels through the magical universes sealed inside paintings and other portals scattered all through out Peach's castle to collect Power Stars in order to save the princess from the evil king Bowser once again. In all honesty, though. I don't think it's one of the best games ever made, and would argue that most plat-formers for the N64 were actually more fun than this. But still, if you can get over the lousy camera angles, it's still a good fun game.
  17. I noticed something odd. When doing a 3 on 3 survival run with Agrias, Fox, and Scolipede, I noticed that when trying to play as Agrias, I was actually playing as all three characters at the same time.
  18. Cool. Where can I find it?
  19. How the heck did you get a 4 on 4 at a time battle?
  20. I just think there should be charge added to her attacks. Her Violent Lunge attack didn't just fire right away in the game. It charged up first before release. The lower ranged Violent Lunge moves being faster than the high ranged versions. In this version, they're all released immediately. Since the third Violent Lunge can reach the entire screen, it can be used to infinite trap most units. Her Splash Fount and Kinetic Triangle also have no charge time in this Mugen character, unlike the source. The Power Gradation is the only move that gets away with no charge time because it did not have any in the original game. I'd really like to see her balanced better. Who originally did that Charlotte?
  21. Hmmmm... I was wondering what kind of survival runs there could be. Standard: 1 VS 1 Handicapped: 1 VS 2 Tag Team: 2 VS 2 Quick: 1 VS 1 with Health set to 30% I might do a quick survival run soon.
  22. I just don't get why the other characters were easy compared to Monk and Monkey. Yeah, Ture Lotus Master's worst attack was that one where he leaps over you before creating a giant lotus in your position. (Also to whoever is wondering, I'm spelling True wrong on purpose. In the game, his name is normally misspelled Ture Lotus Master.)
  23. ShumaGorath SheoGorath ShubNiggurath Seems a little more plausible. Still, I know ShumaGorath and Sheogorath have no true similarities, but I still think it's fishy they have such similar names.
  24. Ugh! Monk and Monkey Boy were the two cheap characters from that game. I could beat almost anyone else from that game, but Monk and Monkey Boy were HARD. Almost as hard as the final boss, "Ture" Lotus Master.
  25. I don't recognize it from Dragon Quest. Maybe it's because it doesn't have claws.
