  1. I'm not sure I'm doing it right, though. I'm breeding a Japanese Pokemon with one from my own game. Do they both have to be from a different country than the one I'm playing?
  2. Anyone tried the Masuda Method yet? I'm trying to use the Masuda method to get a shiny Pokemon, and so far I've gone through 23 eggs, and it will probably take a lot more. But from what I know, it's not confirmed whether the Masuda Method works in X and Y.
  3. Mine's on page 47 and also the Friendcode topic.
  4. Hey, Darkwolf. You got a friend code to trade?
  5. Topic: SNK Kazuya MugoUrth: Yes! :D Topic: by chuchoryu. MugoUrth: Oh. :(
  6. I don't know if it matters, but if you want I could contribute Marion for the game, since it's a GB character. Unless you're against custom sprites.
  7. There HAS to be an official release date. They can't just keep us in the dark forever.
  8. MORE challenging? Isn't it impossible enough?
  9. Does anyone have an official release date?
  10. That's why I said OU+. Also, Gengar's Uber too this gen. Maybe I should also invest in a Focus Sash to help Excadrill with taking hits better. I almost want to do the same with Gengar, except then he cannot use Gengarite. Random Question: Was Serperior's Contrary ever actually released?
  11. I've been trying to get better for a long time. Maybe online battles just isn't for me. Even with 4 OU+ Pokemon on my team (Gengar/Kangaskhan/Lucario/Excadrill. My other two mains Chestnaut and Blastoise are lower. Blastoise is UU. Not sure which tier Chestnaut is in) I still can't make use of them. Excadrill really seems to rely heavily on Sand Stream to be good, Gengar's a glass cannon even in Mega form, my Kangaskhan's got some priority moves going for her, but not much else even in Mega form. And Lucario's got strong moves, but 4X weakness to Ground. I'm still trying to get a good Poison STAB for Gengar. I bought Sludge Wave from the Maison, but it's not compatible.
  12. I was using the opponent's Sand Stream ability to my advantage by utilizing Excadrill's Sand Rush, but mostly I lost due to the opponent getting lucky, since I ended up missing with attacks, while he ends up flinching with Iron Head. Even with Lucario's Steadfast, it wasn't enough to make him faster than the opponent. After a bunch of losses and FINALLY coming close to winning, that lost devastated me.
  13. Shame that you're giving us the ol' cliffhanger, though. Regardless, it's best to take time with Mugen characters. :)
  14. So frustrated! I was this close to FINALLY winning a battle. They say the important thing is to have fun, but there's no fun in losing every single time. Maybe I just need to stop playing online if it's just going to frustrate me. I did end up winning eventually, but I didn't feel like the person was all that bright. It was a triple battle, and the person had mostly slow Pokemon, AND they switched a Sylveon with a Houndoom while my Excadrill, who could EASILY kill him, was out and got hit by Earthquake and died. If I were the person, I would have switched out Larpas instead. I still would have been hit by Gengar's thunderbolt, but at least it would be unexpected. ...Geeze, I get one stinking win and I turn into a chatterbox.
  15. I still say we need a Dark gym next gen. (Or even in the 6th gen sequel.)
  16. I do hope there are more Mega forms besides Mega Lati-twins. Also, I don't know how relevant this question is, but I do believe it's a question a lot of us are wondering. ...When the heck are we going to get a Dark type Gym leader? Five generations in and we STILL don't have one?
  17. Hey, what about the Elite 4?
  18. My Gengar and Excadrill cannot take a hit. Maybe I should raise their defenses. Also, maybe get some other stats when needed.
  19. Honestly, I think it should be banned to Ubers. It's ****ing broken. Also, there HAS to be a way to win without resorting to using ugly Pokemon.
  20. Probably not.
  21. I was angry when I made that post. PokeBattles make me frustrated easily.
  22. Ugh, even in the real game I still encounter people who cheat. I was facing a trainer's Talonflame, and my monster used Sucker Punch, and Talon Flame's Brave Bird STILL went first for some unknown reason. I'm gonna save that video as evidence. Edit: Ugh, apparently that cheat is popular.
  23. What? You mean it's on purpose?
  24. One more thing: That attack Ice Killer has where he sends a long spike of wispy ice almost all the way across the stage was a bad idea. The attack covers a HUGE area and is too quick to execute IMO.
  25. It might just be me, but the hit detection on those characters seems way off. Also, a lot of the effects don't seem to match.
