  1. Small Update on Luigi I found a good base for the Vacuum Luigi sprites in shinryogas Luigi sprites and this the result. What do you guys think?

They better balance him better this time around maybe make his odds of picking a white or purple pikmin slimmer and making his pikmin pluck maybe a little slower to add a little more risk to him getting pikmin on the same token make his recovery not quite as terrible as before make where even if he has no pikmin he gains a little height from up b like Yoshi does.

I think a lot of us haven't exactly made masterpieces when we first made characters I know I didn't and I'm there are others that can detest to that as well the difference is someone like you and me can admit our mistakes and try what we can to improve and make better characters, Wlan on the other hand is doomed to never be any better due with the arrogant attitude he has. When I tried to give him feedback on characters rather then take what I said to heart and try to fix it he either ignored it or in fact would try to justify what he did with the character.

Interesting lists of who should go honestly if anyone has to go I think it should be Olimar- Interesting idea for a character, but he is sooo broken in execution, unlike Meta Knight who could be balanced I feel the way this character is designed he will never be abled to be balanced properly. Marth- Someone new from Fire Emblem should take his place. PK- Trainer- Fun idea with three in one, but like Olimar just doesnt work to well in execution. Wolf- I like him, but if his removal garners more space for new faces then I'm all for it. Toon Link- Remove him and spend more making a single more robust Link in gameplay Lucas- just feels like a version of Ness who is less fun to play ROB- Unlike G&W just never was interesting as a character. Ice climbers- Either make it so they don't rely on chain grabbing to fight effectively against the cast or just remove them. Lucario - I honestly wouldn't miss him Characters I would like to see added would be. King. K. Rool- because he would be the perfect third character from the DK series Mewtwo - Please Nintendo put him back in a lot of people including me miss him and if he does come back make him heavier he's one of the heavier Pokemon Damn it. Ridley- Because the Metroid series needs another character. A new generation Pokemon to give us a new fresh face in series to play with. Princess Daisy or Waluigi - A few new faces from the Mario series wouldn't hurt.
  5. Why isn't B. Orchid shown anywhere in the trailer she is pretty much a character people would recognize right away and dare I say pretty much the unofficial face of KI. To me its like showing of a new street fighter without showing Ryu somewhere.
  6. But that is what was fun about when brawl was coming the little bits of new info made me all the more excited for that game. At very least Nintendo should reveal more about the characters already shown to us. I find that can name a lot of stages from 64 and Melee that were memorable. Only very few of the Brawl stages come to mind for being memorable.
  7. Agree with this if Sonic himself if he gets in (good chance) it will be good enough for me. If and by a looooonnnng stretch if anyone else from the Sonic franchise makes it in let it be Knuckles.
  8. I think Sonic will be okay he is the one 3rd party besides Megaman that fits after all. Snakes departure is a given the creator had to beg Nintendo to get him into Smash in the first place. I'm sure that the clones/semi clones will be the ones getting the chopping block as was the case with the clones from melee.

  10. looks impractical to me cool looking, but impractical. Seems easier to use a AV switch box for the AV connections of each console if you ask me.

Everybody hates smash gameplay lol thankfully for all those trying him out this gameplay style will be optional in the final his default gameplay will be a Light/heavy, punch/kick system as well as normal blocking no bubble shield stuff. Sounds like a good Super/Hyper for him for the YTP version I want to make it seem more like a nightmare. With Weegee giving you his evil stare into your soul.
  12. I'm surprised nobody other then Staubhold said anything so far :(. anyway if anyone has anything to say whether its bad or good about this beta feel free to point it out. oh and I just got a few ideas for editing Warners other characters if this edit is well liked.

The only reason he had that gameplay to begin with is because N64 Mario's original and Warners edit had it as soon as I finish everything else I plan to release a 4 button patch for luigi to give him a more standard fighting game system. Yeah I should code negetive zone to affect all non-allied players shouldn't I. I should do some sprites for the dance too.

  18. Seems like CvtW gameplay is becoming a bit of a fad for some creators as of late, Can't say I object it is a nice gameplay style.
  19. May as well download for that reason a lot of Butthead commands don't even work. Honestly after how many characters you have made Wlan you still don't know how to make commands work as they should.
  20. Darn Typo, still your quip does make me laugh. Yeah I don't why he shades like that it looks awful some shades dont even really blend together at all. The hyper portrait I would dare say would look ok if the shading was much better. Maybe this will help

Err well and the fact that he took voice rips and resized some sprites from what appears to be the unfinished Butthead I made why shrink them to that size and not simply use the Genesis sprites? Only Wlan knows the answer.
  22. Well Samus morph was a minor aid in her recovery, but otherwise yeah not much use especially in brawl where they no longer explode on contact with the opponent. Jigglypuff was pretty formidable in Melee not so much in brawl due to another dose of the unneeded nerf stick.
  23. Its Fighter Factory it doesn't seem to recognize the Localcoord that 1.0 uses.
  24. The loss of his Mario Tornado as a down B move didnt help for his recovery which already was mediocre before. I've also heard many smashers also say his down tilt move was useless.
  25. Yeah the sheet is bare bones plus it seems like his legs grow and shrink in the sprites as well thus why I dropped Aang sadly.
