  1. It's a shame that a lot of the characters don't have any sprite sheets made for them I can't even find sprites for Shadow yamoto, nor the Senator sadly I guess if I want sprites for them I'll have to rip them myself lol.
  2. Well after playtesting a bit this Crash is fairly decent it could use some tweaking yet, but still enjoyable.
  3. At very least attempt to actually work on the character rather then slop them together in two minutes. There are few articles that you could look through when have time to delete like the Erine one I found Quoted from article "Ernie is a orange muppet in Sesame Street. He loves rubber ducks and lives with his brother, Bert. In MUGEN, he is found as a striker for Grover. Ernie just pops out when summoned and throws a rubber duck at the oppenent. there is no actual character of Ernie." Stuff like this should just be gone why make an article about something that isn't even a character at all.

Might I suggest imposing new rules on WIPS in the Mugen database 1. a WIP must have a gameplay picture or video proving it is being made 2. if no progress reports are being made within so many months the WIP article is deleted. that being said I think those two steps would prevent the Database from WIP pages being filled up by noobs.

If only he had taken his time and did the animations better it could at least looked nice and be edited to play better oh well, oh and has anyone noticed that on his new webpage (http://jlmugengoldmine.webs.com/wips.htm) that Srewie and Rodger are gone and he now has Plankton and Butthead as WIPS what happened to Stewie?

Well if he was trying to hide his true indenity using the same IP address is a big no-no it gives him away pretty easily, that and Beanfan112's sprites have the limbs are drawn at different sizes trademark that Wlan did with his sprites so it's pretty obvious that it's most likely just a alternate account for Wlan. While I think that Beanfan112/Vinnie Gill might be a real person I doubt the MFG/ME account is. And yet the more we bash him the more known he's becoming honestly have you seen his release threads at MFG they have a shit ton of views compared to other releases, in fact I would dare say that this is only encouraging him to make more stuff as regardless of how well made it was, he knows people are going to notice.
  9. I played both of them and they are not too impressive really, in fact if anyone has played WlanmaniaX's stuff these are not any better, and in fact GOH at MFG blew the whistle that Beanfan112 and Wlan may be the same person he said the IP address is the same when they logged in.

  12. Either they are pixelated and blurry or filtered and blurry when you upscale either way the only way to make them look nicer is to redraw them at higher resolution really lol.
  13. I tired do the same thing to my EWJ character but I got some odd blue out lines lol sigh I wish there was tool that would not only batch convert a bunch images to higher resolution but also not leave annoying outlines.

Hey guys I've made a simple character template it has no particular gameplay style but I hope you like it, anyway I did a few small things to this template worth noting. -Recoded run state -I've made it so that a run cannot cancel itself into a crouch anymore and the character will stop and skid a bit when you let go of the Holdforward command -Roll dodge added and yes you can grab the character out of the roll so don't worry I didn't make the character invincible (like some people tend to do lol). - A projectile special move and MVC laser hyper move added in - Leftover P2 wall hit coding from KFM just in case you need it in your hitdef - Psuedo MVC combo system I say psuedo because I'm sure it's not really like MVC 1-3 at all lol. -Pic Download- http://www.mediafire...es6accrthl49v8b

Too bad the MFG will chew his ass out about it regardless if he's a newbie or not, anyway it really isn't that good, but it's first creation so you really can't expect much anyway I hope this may be a sign of a good up and coming creator and hopefully unlike some people who made stuff in the past he will learn and improve with time.

  22. I did this for Alexziq at CVG sadly he claimed they don't work for him, but my mugen loaded them up just fine.   23. I would replace Shadow with Tails maily because as a old school fan I feel he is a bigger staple to the Sonic series then Shadow and also it would be easy enough to give sonic his colors. Like how Melee did trophies lol Brawl trophies tended to have quanity over quality I mean Melee covered all sorts of games Brawl only covered a few.

I rented this game yesterday and I don't think it's that great of a game really, it's something I can wait for til it's lower in price (if it does lower) Is it just me or did Capcom get really lazy with Hugo's animations in the game I mean Capcom did nothing to make any animation changes to his L/M punch/kick air and crouch animations sigh they just copied the light attack animations like in SF3.
  25. Don't count on it Capcom will be happy to nickel and dime you for getting 1/3 of the cast years down the road as they now. I'm getting getting the game if only because I like Namco better then Capcom at the moment.
