If the characters are fighting atop that cliff there, then this seems quite plausible. The perspective's a bit off and the cliff is a tad distorted, but it's quite nice.

As Noob said, assists and Pokémon will run at 30fps, while the rest of the game will run at 60. The main reason behind the image was because Samurai Goroh is there. Goroh is a character from F-Zero, as is Falcon. I'm saying that Falcon is pretty much confirmed by that image, as Goroh is hardly the star of the show, so to speak. Also, better quality image of Mega Men: Lastly: I should work for fudging Gamexplain.
