A Pokémon that has been captured cannot be recaptured without the use of a Snag Machine. Surely a device such as this "Strayball" could be devastating in the wrong hands? The ability to capture a Pokémon that has been already captured without the use of an external enhancement... Your roleplay is bad and you should feel bad. You say one cannot interfere with another's roleplay, yet you have done this before.

You must be thinking of Snag Balls, and last time I checked, you'll need a Snag Machine for those to work. I'm pretty confident in saying you don't have one of those.

Only one Pachirisu character exists. The Emolga "made" it, yet Weegeeisgoingtokillm (MisterMackey) posted a W.I.P. thread about it here. The character was downloadable from Weegee's dropbox. Please don't tell me you still believe there are two identical Pachirisu characters made by different people :s Apologies then. I've had a lot of crap about it over the last few months with Weegee creating sockpuppets to vandalise his own articles on the MUGEN Database, so I guess it's habit to assume someone who still persists to badmouth his creations even after Weegee stopped being a thing is just Weegee himself trying to rally up attention yet again.
