Tried out the character. Oingo is literally like Double, and that's not completely accurate to the manga. Oingo can only change his face thanks to his stand, but not his whole body, complete with attire. That should have been reversed to a possible EX Rubber Soul, whose stand IS capable of changing the complete look, complete with attire. Also, Oingo is really lacking in terms of specials and I can only use 2 out of his 3 supers. However, these two supers are the highlight for me. One of them is the trademark orange bomb from the manga, while the other super is based off the poisoned tea scene from the manga. It's so needlessly long and cringeworthy, that it is fun!

Yeah, but in the case of Link, it at least looks like you put some effort there, unlike your Shredder. And you're claiming that you want to make Shredder better than your previous work, and I frankly don't see, how it is better, if you still use the same lazy method like in Green Ranger.

Well, I know have to come in and give an explanation to that. Whoever put the Ooze into the capsule had no idea, what that substance is called and just dubbed it after the type of the subtance: Radioactive Material I know that the Ooze is radioactive material, but "Radioactive Material" is by no means the official name of the Ooze, just saying (although I do have to watch my vocabulary in order to not sound TOO disrespectful). Fun fact only few people care about: In the cartoon, it was called the Mutagen instead.

Yeah, but these were Touhou characters mimicking Sengoku characters. This Youmu, though, is the first Sengoku Basara styled Touhou character that is NOT mimicking any Sengoku Basara character.
