I thought that too, but I've seen copyright claims from using capcom's music....in their own games.(that's why I usually stick to arranges) I don't think you can do much besides a counter notification.

I wanted to check something, so I commented in the top Slash Dot Dash video by fatboy slim. totally right. I wonder how many people look at the video only because of that. how long fatboy's song(slash dot dash) has been out. 6-7 yrs?(the video says since 2009, but it's older), the Alice video it's only like 4 months old......, & to be the top comments in a mainstream video related about toho, really :P

1- Murdertroyd - Being Alice Margatroid my favorite character and main since ever. a friend called me like that after a toho match, I liked so I decided to keep with it. 2- RC - the non abbreviation sounds pretty cocky and arrogant(I was back then). so I don't use it much anymore. 3- Guignol - reference to one of Alice's strongest SC, also due to actually being part french. 4- Margatroid - go figure.

having an opinion doesn't make people retarded, but is retarded to make a review(for instance a critic meant to inform people) and take subjective points of view instead of being totally objective. the video isn't more than a bunch of biased opinions, not a review.

from any kind of game of any genre of music. but meh, I've been enough time into touhou and seen thousands of people who dislike the franchise to care. one more doesn't matter.
