Ah thanks, Erro, On closer inspection there are indeed more Doom characters made for Mugen out there. However I have no idea where to even start looking for that Icon of Sin character. I personally think that if it really exists, then it can't be much more than a punching bag.

Well, I'll repeat what I said before, judging from that screenshot back then, both that Rugal and the Icon of Sin are fake. The only character made for Mugen, whose origin lies in the Doom universe, is Flynn Taggart.
