Are those not the KOF 2002 UM Lifebars?

I personally view him as a spriteswap of a God Orochi edit. And yeah, I suppose you could say this is a god version and Xibalba a devil/demon version.

Does Rare Reimu have any moves of her own or is she a complete spriteswap of Rare Akuma?

He looks really cool. Shame indeed about all the other unfortunate facts about this character. Can somebody edit him to remove the insta-kill or whatever it is that kills the opponent before the round starts as well as the long loading time before starting a match and ending one? Or is this impossible/too much trouble for what it is worth?

He's apparently based on Ryu's ending from UMvC3 as the readme implies. Definately worth it to give it a go! Feedback can be given but since it's Ahuron, do not expect it to reach him and even if it does, he'll probably not care.

In order to play as Ryo XIII, you need to download him along with the KOF XIII System, which you have to place in your Mugen's data folder. After that you should be good to go. Both versions can be downloaded from their respective topics on IMT but you need an account to download things there since download links are hidden for non-members.
