It is not a potentially eternal beta. Fate has already decided it will be one by assigning chucho to the job. Then again, from what I know, his other Kazuya is one of his most finished characters, if not his only. Who knows this Kazuya will get the same treatment?

I see that on your to do list for him, there is no mention of intros or win poses, is it something he will not have or does he already have that? Also, you might consider to, instead of Porygon-Z, use Porygon-Z2.

Not to bad to play as and comes with 12 palettes and a double jump ability. She's also capable of summoning Kyo and Kusanagi as individual strikers which was unexpected for me but nice none the less. Her AI is pretty brutal too so if you want somewhat of a challenge, she's a good choice. Definately recommendable if you like what-if'ish characters. One thing I did find odd when playing as her was that when she entered her Blood Heat Mode and the opponent got hit by the outburst, he'd fly against the side of the stage and remain frozen in the air for a few seconds before falling on the ground, allowing her to get in some hits/cheap shots. I don't know if this is a bug or if the same thing happens in the Melty Blood games. If it's the first, Anomi polis might fix that in a future update.

Is it not more practical to DL the entire character again, unzip, drag to your characters folder and replace all files with the click of a button then to DL the updated files, unzip, go to your character folder, find the right character and drag the updated files into the folder?

I for one am not familiar with Ohgaki's creations so I do wonder what you mean with wacky gameplay. Is he known to apply this to all his characters?

It's a stage which is currently in development by The Magic Toaster and Ryoucchi so it's yet to be publically released I think.

If I may inform, what makes you desire so much for her to only be in her 12th palette mode? What you're currently trying to do seems like more trouble than it's worth. If you always want to play with her in her 12P Mode, then you should just always press the button for the 12th palette when selecting her.
