Don't know which "game" is it from, but I know that pic from a series: Banjo Kazooie. And it's interesting, cause that guy's from a game that was too different before it was called "Banjo Kazooie" called Project: Dream. Pretty clever for what some developers can do for easter eggs. I don't really see why you're listing those things when there's clearly a lot of variety in Mugen anyway. If you keep downloading chars that's similar to the one you listed, then go to another website and download somewhere else. It's not like you're really oblivious to the new releases as of now.
