For animation, there's that T.V. which goes between static and 3 stations, which reference other characters. That pink guy laying on the ground has a little animation as well. There's also a bike(?) in the wall, which has some animation, too. There's a sorta chaotic music track that goes with this stage, named "dat_ogita". Not much else to say...

I was hoping someone would make this someday. That hack was funny, where you had to rescue Mario as checkpoints.

I would just want most of the characters that don't have preset ones already to use them.

Is it 1.1 only? Isn't NFL Blitz that arcade styled one that didn't have real in-depth gameplay? I saw DSP in a TIHYDP of it and it looked like one I could get into.

According to MFG, it's a private edit of a Dee Jay/Ken edit that can be found here in the Capcom edits section. I think he has Bruno in his name, if you want the original.

Bump, I guess. The closings seem to be computer specific. Poppa Rocks and Bootleg Ryu crash commonly on my Windows 8 computer, when tried a lot on another, they don't close at all.

Despite looks, it uses slightly misfitting parallax to make it a bit harder to go from one side to the other. That, and the fact that you are literally fighting inside a classic painting. As you can probably guess, it's the home stage to the character from said painting, who's a character in Nijikaku. The music here is a rather sinister, low song that eventually has people screaming in the background. It makes a good midboss stage.
