The maker of it is MugenMasterNo1(the owner of the channel). It's private. Which kind of leads me to think the lifebar is private as well.

I remembering having the badgers stage, but I'm not 100% sure if I still do considering how poorly made it was. I'll give it a check.

As far as kof edits go its cool to have a sagat, rugal , and hanzo combination character. I also give credit to Ahuron for staying true to people who still wish to use winmugen.
