D-Miyako vs Crimson Scarlet & Yungus

A set of MUGEN lifebars that I am currently developing, I am already done with some round anims as well as Win & Fight anims. Need to make the Simul & Turn bars + the rest of the animations that are missing. Well he is from SVC as well, but I havent played thoroughly with this creation so I dunno what gameplay style he'll have
