Judging from first impressions(IE S-Kai vids), this character, while the sprites look nice, has a number of issues that keep him from being perfect. Various animation oddities, glitches (he walked on air at one point), and weirdness with damage (the lv3 super isn't much stronger than the lv1 super, likely among others). I think I'll pass on this character.

I don't want to know either.

The M-Reimu I have (not sure if it's the most recent version) (http://www.4shared.com/zip/sV0IAql_/m-reimu.htm) can be beaten... by five characters in my roster. Them being Chuck Norris, Crazy-Catastrophe, Advent Cirno 12p, Advent Letty 12p, and Haster 12p. She did nearly lose to some guy's crappy Utsuho, though (in the 1 round I had).

Don't have any. Just seems a bit boring for an opponent to die without any effort.

Warning: I'm kind've a noob with Roa.

Sprites are shit and of inconsistant size, sounds are annoying, and he's got few attacks. Definetly DTotT material.
