The drone's sudden change in tactics surprised the shrinemaiden. Raina quickly made a large orb and tossed it toward the drone, intending to finish with the drones and then maybe help against the soldiers.

Raina shouldn't be far behind. But I suggest we use projectile attacks to take out several of the drones at once before they have a chance to react. Then move in according to what we discussed. Umbra, Walt and Melina toward the front. Me and Raina at mid range. Lucent in the back. Walt and Melina focus on ground units. Umbra can help while keeping an eye on drones. Me and Raina will focus primarily on drones.
Light...we still need to keep and eye on your teamates. We may need to switch roles or help the other. But I do agree with Light's format. If you agree Lucent, we'll move on your cue.
Once the word is given and you guys start, I'll pick a drone, snipe it and move in.
I'll move in once the first drone is down...just say the word.

Five soldiers who looked better equipped than the pirates they'd encountered earlier, along with ten... orbs? These drones were an unknown to Raina, but the rest of the party seemed to regard them with little threat.
Raina had a set of cards in her right hand, but made no move to use them yet. Not until her teammates were prepared.

Lucent: We already have to count the fact that our opponents, from the most part of it, are unknown to us. Their skills and abilites will be learned throughout the training. I would say they have an advantage over us because of Lilith, but I can dismiss that.
Umbra: Even if she was to explain whatever she saw about us, just talk doesn't mean the real thing. A lot of our specialities are still very unknown, even to each other.
Lucent: Exactly. This is why we'll need to have to fill roles here. Considering our situation, this distribution I planned should work nicely.

Warrior's Hangout Main Lobby
While the other newcomers had went to the training area, Sasuke had remained in the Hangout Lobby. He wasn't expecting to see those newcomers for some time, but that was fine. Sasuke was used to being on his own. That said, he wanted to know more information about the Link World he'd found himself in. He turned toward Gordeau.
"Is there a computer I could use to find more information?"

Darkflare typically employes some of the most skilled fighters around. The last time I met a trainer undergeround...it turned out to be a fierce battle. I'm sure he took that battle into account when designing his new facilty. Well...I'm ready when you guys are.
We can take the elevator Darkflare came out of earlier. It's this way...
Melina leads as she and LightFlare head toward the nearest elevator and wait for the others...
Raina followed Lightflare and Melina, eagerly awaiting the training exercise.

'A link world?' Sasuke's mind turned first to Kaguya's Core Dimension, which enabled her to easily travel to any of her other realms... it wasn't quite the same. While Kaguya's Core Dimension had enabled easy travel to other worlds, no one had ever gone into that place unintentionally.
"How often do people end up in this world? And are there ways to go back?" Sasuke asked.

"Lilith's fighting style wouldn't be too out of place in Fantasia, actually..." Raina thought out loud... Fantasia was a paradise separate from the outside world created for mythological creatures. If there were others, was Lilith from one of them?

The guard turned around and began to move towards the flashing lights. As the guard had stated, there were several roads visible from where they were that seemed to lead away from the district ahead. One in particular, straight left from where they were, seemed to have several people walking along its length.

She was already creeped out by how empty it was despite the signs of life behind them, but seeing lights was almost always a bad sign to her. What if there was a huge fight, or maybe even a murder?! Scary thoughts continued to fill her mind, a low whimper escaping her mouth. Truthfully, though, she really wanted to see what was going on. Maybe it would also be the first step on her journey to becoming a real hero! Err...heroine? Probably both!
"Don't worry Penny, we're still here," Raina said, her voice low but encouraging. The area looked barren compared to the previous roads...

Sasuke entered the Warrior's Hangout, finding the inside to be as high-tech as the outside made it appear. Quite a few people appeared busy with tasks, but Sasuke noticed a purple-haired maid heading his way.
"Is there someone I could talk to for more information?" Sasuke asked the purple-haired maid... @Darkflare

The Warrior's Hangout, a building that was highly out of place considering the rest of Kalos. Given how important it was, it made sense to be distinctive.

With that out of the way, the people already on the ship started to file out onto the dock while a group of five guards wearing close-fitting armor trimmed with purple lights that lit up the area around them started to push their way through the crowd that was currently standing on the deck, led by a rather large mechanical being wielding a rather menacing weapon: a large spear certainly intended for impaling something.
Mech Guard: Please clear out of the way; this ship shall be secured.One by one, each guard began to make their way onto the ship, the mech leading the way.
'Wow... Candor's huge! It's even bigger that Kalos City was!'
That high-tech building though... was that the Warrior's Hangout? She'd find out soon enough.

Okan's gang... whatever happened with them must've been pretty terrifying if they were running up to that mech guard... As for Jin, Raina somehow had a feeling they'd meet again. If the rest of this adventure was any indication, strong people tended to attract each other, and Jin seemed like a tough fellow.

Raina followed the group to the cabins, having a few thoughts about the attack... someone from the inside helped them out? Worrying.
The cyborg escaping meant that he'd probably come back later as well, likely as an enemy like Rufus.
