Always wanted to see God Rugal in SNK style sprite art, this is a pretty solid adaption!

They direct parodies of Street Fighter Online characters ... the game was shit :-/ ... but these are neat little treasures to hold on to!

It works on all three but i will have two seperate downloads for win and 1.0 i believe it does for sure :-) -+- Today in Ness's World ... I examine dragoon316's stuff and KoldsKool's stuff ... Oh yeah, and Vega II and Seth (Glad Seth was finally updated and fixed) ... I still have too much sorting to do ...

Debating on releasing this in the edits and add ons, does anyone think they would actually like to use it? I have it working and set up for WinMugen (that's what I use to use) and with some coding help I have it working on 1.0 (mainly the lifebars getting them to work properly)

Yes sir it is, it's one of his earlier creations ... in all there's three characters he has out that weren't part of the Black Heart, but all three sport a unique style, and are very fun to play as!

A for sure fun Sub-Boss style character to say the least, having him fight Wobbufette is one of the funniest matches you can put together!
