I really hope this sample images became chars, especially Kokoro, Sariel and Yumeko. Also, that PC-98 Alice is really interesting. Thanks for the news!

There are plenty of Touhou chars that did not leave wip status, i remember a Kaguya, PC-98 Alice, PC-98 Marisa and PC-98 Reimu. (poor PC-98 touhous)
 
I only wait for a good Rumia, also i like how Hetyo make a lot of new chars with frankenspriten (that badass Sariel using Sakuya, Yukari and Reisen)

At least it's better than that twerking fad *shrug*

Well, I THINK Sekibanki is being done by the same person that did that Soku-styled Mokou so....there's that.

Has a Toma Marisa. I have literally 300 something Touhou characters in my Touhou MUGEN folder, so I may have things that aren't here. Maybe...excluding things like that Sariel and Soku-styled Rumia. God I want that Rumia so badly. ;___;

Indeed Touhou is hard in its own way but as in any game if you keep playing them you get better and it dosn't seem hard after awhile. The only thing that makes these "shooters" unique is every new game has a different obstical especailly dealing with new area bosses with new Female characters (which I like personally )
I remember years ago playing TH06-EoSD It took me 30 or more times to defeat "Flandre Scarlet"   but after finally knowing her openings I was able to defeat her (Barely) and I was using Marisa.

I think Touhou is a infamously hard game series at most. I beat PoFV with no problem :P. I have played harder games in my lifespan.

Not really, there's many other SHMUPS/bullet hell shooter that harder than Touhou.
