Let me guess, it's because the .def file name and folder name doesn't match. Try renaming the folder to 'virginia' and the .def file to 'virginia' as well, it'll work.

XX'VALLEY'XX.rar Made by EXShadow, a pretty cool lava-themed stage with stuff going on in background. I'm particularly fond of the dust effect, they are look realistic and neat.

I suggest to upload photos at Imgur, because they won't die of bandwith limitation and you can directly copy-paste images to the board. Better yet, no need to make account, I can't see the images as well, it gives 404 error.
