The mugen I just posted, there are only 2 characters, and besides, vicious is near completion so there would be no point in adding this, also can you please keep the rest of "SSF2" in this topic not here ok?

Because as i recall they are not released, and the fan character alliance mugen, literally only has 2 of the characters (partially) done, and there's really nothing else in it.

Actually he has been in a mugen game before, Sure like every sonic related full game in mugen it was forgotten and went dead, but he was a WIP at one point. Also another thing though, If you want me to add a character, the character needs to have advance style sprites, those are a modified version of the genesis sprites. ANYwho if you don't believe me here's proof
