Wow guys... Turns out, v1.0 aka 100% wasn't the latest version. VIB went to another site called Mind Access and quietly released v1.1 in 2004! O Ilusionista and RyouWin never knew this version existed! RyouWin only converted version 1.0, and Tyanko's patch was for RyouWin's converted version. Version 1.1 does not need conversion because it is already compatible with Win, 1.0, and 1.1! xD
 
v1.1 fixed major glitches in v1.0. The "Earthquake" (down+b) move has been fixed and the glitch in the hyper move "Demi" (down+a+b) where you get stuck as Nanashi_1337 pointed out has been fixed also. Not sure what else was fixed, added, or updated. Thus, it is recommended you get v1.1.
 
I would like to thank whoever in 2010 archived v1.1 of Bola. Thanks. It might be me, but I don't remember.

I got her from a Chinese Touhou Project MUGEN pack. A wanted lost char in the Missing Mugen Data pastebin by BADDO_BAARON0123, now found by me.

But, it's unavailable for download. The file name is yaruo.zip.

Apparently Patriot is an original char (edited from chars from SFA series) according to one person, and it seems like it was released in 2004, then converted with Dos2Win in 2008. I'm trying to find more information about this char to no avail. Can't find him in Most Mysterious's old site(s) too, or release thread. Whoever backed up didn't backup his sff files, so the original released 2004 Patriot is missing atm.

I think I know where this char came from. This char came from an original full game called Cruel Fate made by Most Mysterious and Smogon. It was released in November, 2004 at studiosmh dot com aka Studios Mugen Hispania and hosted there. Then in 2005, the site got a complete makeover, and it is unknown if you could navigate to the download page for Cruel Fate in 2005. In late 2005, the site moved to Neomugen, and Neomugen did not carry over the chars, stages, full games, etc., so the time Cruel Fate stayed up is very short, maybe just a few months if in 2005 you couldn't download it. Then in 2006, Most Mysterious's HDD crashed, so he lost the full game files, except for sprites which he saved in his mailbox.

Description of game:
"As you can see there are 3 bars power bar , life bar and a new feature rage bar when you get hit the rage bar grows but when you are the one attacking or you are defending the rage bar gets lower when rage bar reaches maximum your character explodes with rage."
If you look at Patriot's cns file, you can see the:
";var(12) = rage mode
;var(13) = rage bar"
So Patriot was made for the full game. You can see fightfx.air and sff in the Patriot folder which originally belonged in the data folder of Cruel Fate.
 
I also found Smogon's site. It did not do better, and by late 2003 it was, "under construction" up to 2005 when it was shutdown and never completed.

Studiosmh linked a screenshot of the full game in 2004 hosted from Smogon's site, so the site probably wasn't completely down, but the full game was never archived in Smogon's site and it is unknown if Smogon ever uploaded it in his site. Mugen Hispania did not host the game either. Well, there you go, that's why this char Patriot is so rare and obscure, and barely anybody knew about it. As of now, the full game Cruel Fate and the original unedited Patriot is missing. I suspect how we got this Patriot ver. is that Electrocaid managed to download it, and somebody requested it from Electrocaid and reuploaded it somewhere. However, a YouTube user by the name of Theendgamelv3 managed to get a different ver. and make a youtube video of him in 2007: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkV3wF7UAa4 , so it is possible somebody else reuploaded Patriot somewhere, or possible the full game got reuploaded somewhere. It means Electrocaid wasn't the only person to download and save the full game, so someone else might have the full game and the original unedited Patriot char to this day.

I think it's time to release my edited screenpacks. Here you guys go, 9748+ slotsz edition. I needed more slots since I was filling up Badger's 3200+ edition. I couldn't really find one that suited me, so I just edited Badger's version. I fixed his bugs too. Then, I edited NoZ's original version (normal ports). I edited all rosters in the Versions folder: small, big, and bigger, so if you want to change roster size. If you just need the patches, I have that too. Just copy and replace (after you transfer your characters to the new select.def), or change file paths in mugen.cfg and system.def. The number 9748 comes from the number of, "randomselect" and, "kfm" in the select.def, which is 9746 + 2 = 9748. I also added 3 more rows offscreen at the bottom for secret characters if you want to add.

Since N_N mentioned that the original version works for DOS MUGEN, I'm sure it's Ver.1-01. About Ver.11-29, I don't know if the author himself converted it for newer versions of MUGEN or if he hosted Juan Carlos' fix on his site.
 
For Razox's version, well, as far as I can tell, I've read before that he was a very early beta, or at least an alpha. So don't really expect that much any of the special moves or supers.

There's two versions of Caretaker's Gambit, Ver.1-01 and Ver.11-29.
