hello!! i already knew this about this lost mugen char but sadly i cant do anything as this is a collection for edits and from what i know ⑨'s neco arc was a direct adaption of her latest game at the time, u should mention this on the collection for melty blood and not here!

ADDED: a new section called "CHARS THAT NEED FIXING" for chars that have problems i couldnt fix!
