  1. Man, do I need to bring the list? I will bring the list! I swear it, if you keep doing it I will bring the list! Nah. Just ignore chucho chars. EVERYONE in the galaxy knows that he doesn't care. Don't waste your complaining. MMV is a proof that no matter what we say, MMV will make sure that any criticism pointed at chucho turns into just some "eVulZ Ske|Mi!" from the "Perfectionist Mugenazis". If you see how the guys at MMV refer to us or the Guild you would be hulking out at this moment.
  2. I know that I've been thumbed down for saying that everyone have an opinion on chucho, and at this point no one is really going to change, and I pointed out that I don't like chucho characters. I'm pretty sure I was thumbed down for the later. So there are childish people everywhere. Now, just let me point out one thing. I visited the MMV topic on his Asuka. Man, what I saw there almost made me hulk out.
  3. It's just that it's not even worth to bother with the guy anymore, everyone knows he doesn't care, so why should we? After the Asuka thing there's no reason to take Chuchoryu with any seriousness. It's a waste of time to get upset. Just hope for the better and don't download if you are like me and know what is waiting. It's just pattern recognition really.
  4. Yes, when I saw the size of the thread I was going to post my 30+ links to other similar discussions, but knowing that this time Chucho have really fucked up I can see. That's the problem I always have with apologists. You let people get away with too much and they will start think that they can do anything they want. Bore and Brock both say that Chucho is a nice guy, but this kind of thing is just bad, no matter the place. DG, a brazilian mugen creator temporarily left mugen and killed 2 betas because of people that kept leaking his betas, betas that still had test code that he used from other chars to test some things, and was still in the files because they where not replaced yet. This is basic level trust. If there where not so much people standing for Chucho all the time on the base of "at least he does something" he wouldn't do this kind of thing. And for the people saying "but CVS had no rights over Asuka and the code was Chucho's", you must stop being pricks and rethink the phrase. The Sprites ARE FROM CVS Artist. Without CVS Artist, the char wouldn't have existed. So Chucho's code would be useless without CVS Artist's sprites. If Chucho didn't want to follow on the conditions imposed by CVS Artist, he should've done his own sprites and don't break his word.
  5. I like Kamekaze MVC3 chars. This RH is no exception. So sad, good sprite though. Bore, you should contact him with this info. If you can recreate this problems again send him the logs and methods. RH is a very hard char to code because she have a very uncommon arsenal of attacks. But this ship lock thing is really strange. Also, I can see in the last pic that KFM is suffering duplication. Is this KFM custom? Or is it from an older mugen version? Duplications are generaly caused by the wrong calling of helpers/projectiles. See if you can replicate those errors on other chars. Maybe there's something going incredbly wrong with this exact matchup.
  6. What is this Lily Kamen? A private char? A private beta? A joke stance?
  7. Ok, before the shitstorms happen again, let me link to the thousands of other topics where we complain about how bad chucho's characters are. Now, getting it out of the way, don't prolong this discussion. Everyone know they are low quality, most (me included) believe he should improve before releasing so much characters, others are just happy that they exist. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda, now let's move on. I'm really bored of chucho news getting so much ups. Every time it's the exact same tango.
  8. Yoh bore, I loved your King has no name. I still use him as boss fight on the fights I create on my Quick VS. UI.
  9. Yeah, I would've probably guessed it, this was the one that made the most sence, but the backstory was actually very enlightening. Thank You Borewood. Also: Great for getting this one. A lot of people may not even be old enough get this reference nowadays. Everyone is just "Run Forest Run" everywhere.
  10. Run to the hills! Vader finished evolving and turned into the Mugen Space Jesus, run before he start multiplying the kulas again. THE TERROOOOOR! But seriously, I've run into this kind of issue, it's generally related to characters have death related triggers. It was probably motaro's fatality triggering wrong because you where in a team match.
  11. It's a hard one, this music sound like a generic eletro, specially since it's so low when compared to the sound effects of the video, the one during the fatal KO's is called Sentoo though.
  12. And I believed manic laughing would clue people in. You will never know for sure, the internet is like a box of chocolate, when you open it, you will probably find out that they left only the rum ones and be disapointed. Life is fun like that, and I hate Rum Filled Chocolates.
  13. I'm fine with it Volz, what I'm asking is just more common sense. Since you want so much to have this right, I'm not the one to take it away. I'm just sharing my personal wisdom from past experiences. I know the kinds of problems this type of behavior brings to this kind of section. Since I like MFFA I want everyone to have a better experience, like everyone else here. So I just ask people to atleast think of it. Use common sense when replying/posting and everyone will be okay. Now I will forget this thread and move on. Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone.
  14. If you go by random warehousing sites naming convention, the H stand for hentai.Hehehehehe. Maybe someone try this one with kuromaru to see if my theory holds water. Hwahwahwahwah.
  15. Wow, Don Drago went really nuts, I hope he keeps this mood, I love playing his maddog all-in-one chars. This one is on the level with his Geese.
  16. I'm using necrodump here, because in the context of this section nine days is a lot of time. This is the news section, depending on the week, a post can go to the second page in the spam of a few days. So if you are bringing old topics back to the top of the first page for nothing but to restart a dead discussion over something mundane, you are actually making it harder for people to acompany the news, and also pushing relevant news down. And check the dates, 9 days is the time that the topic stayed dead/innactive, not that it was created. It's a half a month old (17 days) topic already. Just because those last 2 weeks have been slow, it doesn't mean that you can't push really new topics to the second page on other weeks. If you have people who visit the site on a weekly base, in some weeks you deciding to dump an week old topic can actually push another unread topic out of the first page, and since the forum have an automatic "read" function for any topic that is more than 5 days inactive, it actually makes someone pushing old topics back to the top actually pretty problematic, because not even the system helps you keep track of wish ones where updated or you haven't read yet. Just so you can have an idea, the only older topic in the first page is actually some random post saying "wow another snake" on an even older topic, there are 2 completely useless 2/3 weeks old topics with the newer being atleast 5 days older than the legitimately left topics in the first page. They aren't helping anyone. I already moderated an emulation forum (supervising the support/help section) and I had to create this police there because people kept pushing old topics back to first page for no reason and pushing new topics down. It made keeping track of the new topics, and actually made solving most of the users problems impossible because no one knew when there was a new topic, and randomly dumped one, a dumped one with updates, a repeated post, etc, etc, etc. People with legitimate doubts and problems where left unattended and problems that where already solved or atleast closed where again back to the first page for no reason. So, there was a lot of people that needed help and where just pushed to the second page because someone decided that their useless 2 weeks late rebutal was the best thing in the world and could not "go to waste". If it was in any other section of the forum, I wouldn't even mind. But it's the news section that we are in right now, I use it primarily as a source for news and releases, and a chat comes in second place. If someone want to only chat and not talk about the news, he should go the other numerous sections that are actually all about chatting. It's fine to chat when a news topic is first released, but when the news are already cold and there's no one interested in keeping the running subjects afloat, you should let it sink into the archives, not bump it because you believe you have a wonderful new insight on the word "work". I know that it may sound too overblown from my part for saying this, but if you people believe that chatting is more important than a functional news section, so why even bother having a news section at all? Post everything in the main forum and have fun filttering out the updates. People need to learn that some things must be useful and functional first.
  17. But that's the point I was talking about this whole time. Reviving a thread for nothing but to argue semantics is a wrong. I said it already, only bump old topics in the news section if you're giving news and updates. The relevance of argueing semantics over an old topic is not news material. When I saw the old topic being dumped I tought it was an update, but it was just someone randomly arguing some dead subject. It's like that guy a few months back that went on every single topic and posted just: "Thanks for the News". There where months old topics back at the first page pushing down the real news because someone bumped old topics for no reason. The guy was reprimanded. So it's wrong, period. I'm not against bumping old topics, but this section is not the place to bump old topics for fun or to revive old arguments. People use this section to get updated, if you want to revive the subject, go to any other section and do it. It's that here is not the place.
  18. Bringing Sunshine, Happyness and Dongs.exe
  19. Hey, since none posted a new picture to keep up the game, may I restart it? Here, I want to see you people guess that(this one is one of the least obscures): Hint, hint: The clue for it hides under the search for evolution.
  20. Volz, what you're doing is not "focusing on the fun and sharing", your post did nothing to add the news (no sharing) and was only there to argue against a dead discussion (no fun). If it was atleast about the characters, great. But it was just about the semantics of a discussion I had with Brock. Also, anything more than a week old can be considered dead, no one would keep interest over something for 9 days without replying. So no one was willing to keep up this discussion and you should respect that. This is the news section of the forum, if you want to keep up this discussion, open a new topic on the Random Chatter or Mugen Discussion sections. Here's not the place. All you're doing is false flaging people, making the ones that come here for the news think this one was updated because it was bumped after a week of being dead. Can someone please lock this tread already, or move this discussion to some other forum section? It have nothing to do with subject of the topic anymore.
