Ludger switches to his guns and fires a bunch of small tornadoes at once, trying to clear out of the smoke. What he didn't expect was the tornadoes to it the missiles aimed at him and redirect them upwards, as well as making the grenades stop rolling in place. Hugh: (Such smoke...what kind of shitty terrain is this?) Hup! He jumps to a top of a building to escape the smoke, then notices the missile mid-jump and the group of guards from afar. Hugh: Arc of Fire!!! He joins his hands together, then separates them, creating an eletric arc of fire. As the missile toched it, the force to the explosion sent Hugh flying over a building, landing on his back. Hugh: Argh...Well...that sucked...wait a second... He checks the area to see if he was alone, then, starting chanting a spell. Hugh: (They'll probably think I'm dead...which will give me enough time for this attack! Alright Mom, time to use you tiring ass spell.) I stand in the place bathed in heavenly light... Ludger: Out of the way! He does another ground punch in order to hit not only the shadow figure, but the guards it just protected, but after that, the missile hit him, sending him flying away from the smoke. He emerged without much injuries, but the Chromatus transformation was gone since it absorbed most of the damage. Ludger: (Such acurracy...They must be using Thermal Googles...Why people who are rebelling on the slums have acess to military level weaponry? Illegal smugling would be more understandable...but it is as if an entire organization was backing them up.) Ludger: (Tch...This smoke is not letting me see how close the reinforcements are coming...Guess we'll have to wait it out.) Hugh: (Grenades again.) In order to avoid them, Hugh proceeded to quickly dart through the battlefield in order to attack a faraway guard, then, he proceeded to do the same to more guards while moving too quick for the bullets to hit him. Ludger: (As I expected.) Haaaaa!!! He used Dark Projection to warp to another group of guards, then blasted a powered up Azure Edge at them. Ryuko: Tch...This is the guy you're looking foward to fight Etomo? Etomo: This isn't the time to bring that up. Ryuko: You're right...we have to run away first...Or else these worms will get in the way. Etomo: Hey... Ryuko: Let's go...or he'll leave us behind. Yomi: Running away is my speciality...So I'm not saying no. Jude: Just what is this place? Both Jude and Yomi started to flee as well.

Two relatively normal matches and a luck based one

Yomi: It's not like we were falling into despair...But thanks anyway. Jude: I-I'm a-also t-thankful... Yomi: Whoa doc, are you okay? She noticed that Jude's teeth where chattering, which contradicted his completely calm look. Track: Corpse Shell Release Suddenly, Ludger's upper body was covered in a black armor, his skin tone darkned, his hair turned completely white and he was now carrying a spear. Ludger: Alright, here I come! Then, he uses a move called Dark Projection in order to warp to a group of guards that Hugh didn't fire a spell at, then he punches the ground, causing a large shockwave. @LightFlare_Da_Realest

Track: 試される戦略 Hugh started to dodging the shots with his speed. Hugh: Good! I was needing some stress buster! Justice Thunder!!! Hugh fired a thunder bolt from his finger to the sky, making it fall at a group of guards, causing a big explosion. Meanwhile, Ludger was deflecting the bullets with his swords. Ludger: You're completely right...But we need something that will clear these guys first...and we need it fast. Hugh might be able to take all of them, but it's going to take time and probably more guards will come... Then, the idea of using the Chromatus passed through his head. Ludger: Just thought of something...but I'm going to need a shield. Meanwhile Seila vs Dean: Conclusion

Yomi: Ah, snow! It's like Winter came early. Jude: (That was fast.) Welcome back. Did you see Percival along the way? Yomi: No...Haven't seen him. (And I'm supposed to be the stealthy one.) Hinamori: Seeing how they ignored Yui's warning, I'm pretty sure they are quite suici- Suddenly, Hinamori's phone started ringing. She quickly picked it up. Hinamori: H-Hello? Hugh: Hey...How's things going over there? Hinamori: Bad... Hugh: Same here. Let's gather at the rendezvous point. Hinamori: When I find Yui and the others, I'll go there. Hugh: (What does she mean by that? Did she get separated?) Okay, good luck. Then, the phone call ended. Yui: (Another attack from behind...This is really becoming a trend...) Track: Golden Covenant Awaken! The sword of my heart... She stops in her tracks then turns around, her spear gone and her hands holding a bright light. Yui: CALEAF SECOND!!! With a swing ((link is mostly for sound effect sake)), the light forms into a sword-shaped form, repelling the lance away almost with ease. The light disperses, revealing a golden-colored blade, The Inherited Holy Sword of the Celest Family. While Yui is at her strongest when she's using Light Magic, she's still not completely used to it and tends to get tired fast despite her high capacity of mana. Yui: (I'm glad I didn't use this before I knew she was being mind-controlled...) Sorry...I can't die here...I still have a lot of things left to be done..Including bringing you back. Then, she proceeded to run away once again. Yui: (Tommy...Mirfah...Goodbye...)

Hinamori: Correct. There are some guards around. Let's proceed with care. Jude: Alright, NOW!!! Jude used his Snap Pivot in order to quickly get behind the monster. Jude: My fists will open the heavens! Final Fury!!! Then, he unleashes a barrage of punches and kicks, with the last attack being a charged punch that would send the opponent away. Yui: Pleased to meet you... Even though she knew that Muireann's true self couldn't hear her, Yui decided to say it anyway. Then, she decided to run away from the area. Her new resolve being to find this "witch" who put a seemly kind woman into a emtionless machine of destruction.

After being saved by Hera's fire attack, Yomi decided to back off and rethink her strategy. Yomi: I slashed it everywhere and It doesn't seem to have a weak spot...We're lucky there's only one of this thing. Jude: It's also reacting accordingly to our attacks...As if it had intelligence. Yomi: (I could use my thunderbolt gun...but that would require me to stand still for a while in order to charge it.) Jude: (Guess I'll have to use Final Fury...) My turn to attack. He ran at the monster in hopes of grabbing his attention. Seeing her genuine surprise as well as the apparent grief of being mind controlled, Yui didn't have any hostilities left. Yui: I see...So I won't even have time to properly mourn for them...Very well. If I really can't help with the spell, can I at least have your name before I go? I'm Yui Lilly Celest. Ryuko: I want to end this madness! I want to end the bastard that did this! Etomo: Even though this isn't our world...I want to do something to help it. Etomo: Still, I'm not sure if we should stay here longer or reunite with the others. Hinamori: It's here. They had finally arrived at the slums. Hinamori looked at her surroundings to see if there were any guards around. She didn't spot any civilians due to the martial law.

Hinamori: You're right... Following his advice, Hinamori started running at a faster pace. ((They'll arrive in the next post.)) Yomi: Alright, It didn't move much from the place...time to spring my trap! The sigil's function was that of a short range teleport. Yomi had to set it first and watch the enemiy's movements before she attempted to teleport. She warped to behind the creature. Yomi: This is your end!!! Then, she performed a multitude of quick slashes at the creature. Yui was confused with her sudden change, keeping her stance just in case. Yui: What do you mean by that? You can't just forget what you did all of a sudden.

Yui: (An wide attack like that is going to leave her open...It's my chance!) HA! She did a high jump in order to dodge the swing, then, Yui pointed the spear at her opponent and used wind magic to boost her descent in order to strenghten the stab. ((Something like the Rising Falcon, but the tornado effect is behind her.)) Meanwhile Jude: Lize! Track: Decisive Battle (Tenchu) Suddenly, a voice spoke behind Jude. ???: Seriously...those kinds of attacks you do in a place without obstacles... Jude: Who... Yomi: I'll take your place. Go help that klutz out. Jude: R-Right... (So, you've finally decided to fight...Yomi, The Moonlight Assassin.) Yomi: Now then...Time to finish this thing once and for all. She points her knife foward, making a sigil appear floating behind the creature, then, Yomi decided to walk slowly at the creature in order to watch its movements.

Ryuko stopped in her tracks when she saw the horrible scene. Ryuko: Whoa! What the- Etomo: Stand still and you'll get shot as well...Jeez, I knew it was a trap! NOW MOVE! Ryuko: Don't need to say it twice! Both girls rushed to a safe spot.

Jude: Dammit!!! This wasn't the first time Jude saw someone's death. But it was a Hera said, there was no time for mourning until the creature was destroyed. Jude: Demon Fist! Jude fired an energy wave that travelled the ground in order to hit the monster and support Seraph Yui: Eh? Who's... She was still having trouble of identifying who the golden armored man was, yet the voice felt familiar somehow. Yui: (Whoever it is...It seems that it is "on my side"...So I might take this as an opportunity to find an opening.) Yui proceeds to sprint to the Knight's right side, even though Tommy wasn't in the spear anymore, she concluded that disarming the knight was still a viable strategy.

Yomi: Don't worry, I won't go that far. Jude: Roger that... Assuming it was going to explode, Jude decided to take her advice distance himself from the monster.

Yui: (You fool...) CYCLONE!!! She casts a powerful wind spell in order to stop the Red Knight's attack and send her flying. Etomo: I see. I suggest we stay a bit behind just in case they spring an ambush. Track: Life or Death Yomi: You said it... Yomi: Alright guys, I'm leaving this to you! Yoru Mizu is not the kind of girl to get into fights. Jude: Wait...wha- Yomi: I just have a favor to ask...If someone else shows up here, let her do her thing and don't tell anyone she ever showed up. Jude: (That look on her eyes...) Yomi: Now Chop Chop! Stop worrying about me because you have a monster to defeat. Yomi distanced herself from the party. Jude equiped his gauntles and took a fighting stance. Jude: Then, We'll hold the ground until this "someone else" shows up then... Jude: I'll try to get it's attention. Back me up if the plan works. Jude ran at the monster and did a low kick move called Aqua Sweep in hopes of tripping it.

Yui couldn't help but scoff at that remark. She started to charge a wind spell. Yui: That's odd...Your soldiers open fire without a single word even when we told them to back off...Then I see one of my friends impaled on your lance. Why do you think you're in any position to demand my surrender if one of your friends are going to "neutralyze" me anyway? Give Tommy back or I won't show any mercy. Hugh: And do- Hugh: Sonuva...
