    :P sorry, I'll explain more details .

    It's  true can't  hit on OTG. 

    If you do Combo (low attack > medium attack > hard attack > shooting star)  the shooting star doesn't  hit him because kung fun man too short for her. 

    EDIT: I though was a bug, the hard attack was twice swing, and make opponent fly into air which means can be hit by "Shooting Star".

    Yeah, you mentioned. It was new boss from Dungeon Fighter Online that introduced when event "Castle of the dead" (including Char like Metal Gear and Tomboy Becky), and look like NEOPLE using Bakal sprite (Young Skasa was either from Bakal)

    Actually, The boss is can be switch to lower difficult, which mean only for Mugen 1.0 or higher(the difficult can change on Options, to Easy, Medium, and Hard) On the Video will shown how much hard battle is. :hmm:
