ive delt with this before & had a Very good back n forth with a company the major corps hire to find files on the net that might be illegal ( My file that was taken had Nothing to do with the movie they thought it was). all that happened here was the company scanned sites for key words & this one triggered it , so mediafire NEVER checks to see what the file is , they just rip it down, no questions asked .............don't think t hat nintendo is going OH HELL NO TO MUGEN .. its not its the search company employed by nintendo ,thats all , if anyone still has the actual patch re up it & re name it  or run it all together with mugen at the end , & thats all folks

I have NEVER played this game before, (but I've played Taki in the Soul Calibur series) so I decided to go blind for the first time and make this stage, cause I thought it looked awesome.
 
Just like all my other creations, it wasn't made to impress, but to share and to have fun with.

Those Hazamas are excellent. Particularly the Smooth Criminal and Lily's.

theres still a small issue with a sprite or two with his palette(mainly effects) ,but here u go 8 new ones for him

SHREDDER UPDATE - 5/5/2015 ==================== -Added Tylor the Hedgehog's Death Fix .CNS Patch to fix deathpause glitch -Added Dizzy Stars to non-turtle opponents for EX CLAWS Attack -Added a few more character names to Shredder's custom Retromutagen list  (Note if you guys see characters that should use a particular retromutagen anim (ie mouser robot instead of Shredder's default monkey one), feel free to mention those to me in this thread or in a PM).  Thanks, & sorry for not getting to the nitty gritty feedback yet...

Some people might remember this and think why I'm posting this again. Actually, this is the 1.0 (and fixed) release for my (which I found the official title of the stage is the one above).
 
[CHANGES/FIXES]
*Fixed the entire stage palette to be darker and accurate to the source game (because the old palette was messed up).
*Fixed verticalfollow on the stage so that it doesn't go too high when someone jumps.
*Rescaled the shadows.
*Includes the original BGM ripped straight from the DBZ Arcade! Also if anyone is to help me on what point to loop the song, that would be helpful.
*Fixed announcer animation.
*Fixed various sprite problems regarding the palette.

I love the retro feel to these stages. They're a bit stretched, the original size was 382x186 so I made it to be 382x240. I hope this doesn't prevent MOST people from downloading these stages. There is no animation or anything of the sorts, all 9 stages were just a single image that spriters-resource had. without further ado, here are some pics!

It's just....FLAT.

Flat as in it has almost nothing special about it. It's just...FLAT.     it wasn't made to be special or made to wow the mugen community Squirtle made it for fun ( and stated so)& released it to the community to enjoy, or not, totally up to them , if u don't like it fine, your welcome to your opinion about that, but to keep hounding on it , is Wrong & u need to stop ok ?  so if u don't have constructive criticism  or anything to add to it , then please refrain from doing so in the future

First of all, welcome to the request section. Due to recent circumstances, we feel that it is necessary to reiterate some ground rules. Before posting, try to find the creation yourself first
Common search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Duckduckgo, etc.) are your friend when it comes to this. Even then, there are plenty of other Mugen databases to use (Mugen Fighter's Guild Database, The Mugen Database Wiki, MFFA's Collection Threads, etc).
  Only request existing creations
This cannot be stressed enough. You must make sure that the creation you are requesting actually exists. If you are unsure if a creation exists or not, use the DO NOT USE THIS SECTION TO REQUEST PEOPLE TO MAKE CREATIONS FOR YOU OR YOU WILL BE INFRACTED.
  Be as specific as possible in your request
Include the creation name and author name if possible. Again, if you are unsure of who the author is, use the
  Do not request warez/ROMs/ISOs/etc
In regards to requesting something that isn't a MUGEN creation, do not request warez or any other blatantly illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to; ROMs, ISOs, commercially released game soundtracks (OSTs/GSTs), commercially released games, commercially released software, cracks, keygens, product keys, or any torrent files allowing you obtain any of the above. In other words, if it's something that you normally have to pay for in order to obtain, do not request illegal copies of it. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your post being deleted and an infraction on your account.
