ummm i just was looking at a pallet release section one day at guild, at was like , u know what i want to try that, so i watched a Tutorial Vid on youtube on how to do your own pals for mugen and i went from their , and Yes i have released with the help fo a couple of my mugen team mates ( Reign Of Kreation) About 50 stages , most are classic arcade stages u can get them at my site http://www.freewebs.com/zombiebrocksmugenwarehouse/ good lord ive had over 18,541 visitors ... sweet jesus and as for color separation, yeah when u open up a character in fighter factory, especially the KOFXIII Characters are usually separated meaning u can do different colors for alot of the parts of the entire character , most of your more high res type characters are like that, but alot of your regular 2D type characters share colors meaning that the color on their arm might also be a color in their hair, so if u try ot change it, they both change at the same time, the vein of pal makers existence lol ,but luckily for some of the more popular characters the authors themselves are color separating the characters before they are released or sometimes people make CS patches
