Glad to hear you manage to find the solution for gear second problem. For the dub thing, I always prefer One Piece in Japanese, but again like I said you can add english dub like you did with your other One Piece characters, but if you get any trouble for that, it's okay just drop that idea, the main dub for him will always be Japanese so no worries about the dub issue if you ask me.

I also have a feeling is because of RAM problem...well here the image of the error:- As you guys can see - 'can't load sff file'.

Why this problem happen actually? Sometimes I get this trouble, can happen to both characters and stages..even the lifebars sometimes happen, usually if the sff file for that stuff is above 100mb. Why? Is this because I don't have enough RAM? My RAM is only 4gb. Or it because of the graphic card? We all know in mugen 1.1, for those who use the 'older graphic card' must set safemode = 1. What is the new graphic card actually??? I'm not really good with all this stuff.

Yes, I've been waiting for the update version of your Luffy. I don't mind you add eng dub since you already add for your Whitebeard. People who like eng dub will be happy. About the smoke fx, hmm I'm not really sure where to find it but youtube is pretty much the easiest way to search.

For some reason, if I use the character who has a huge sff file on 1.1, I cannot load the sff character but when using the 1.0, it work fine.

Yea, the red color is similar to Tapion. Most people say it look like SSJ God color but SSJ God hair color is a little bit pinkish.
