@ Alpyne_D : Sorry I did you wrong, 2 Year's isn't that long to wait for a stage is it?
Now as for the actual info about this stage. A few years back Alpyne_D requested I make a stage using the song Knights Of Jaguar , after 2 long years of pondering on and off how to showcase this stage/bgm. It finally hit me.
And Here we are now, It took me about a week or so to make.
Various parts of the stage were edited for a more smoother transition between the 2 areas, Since the original sprites are from a CPS1 game, I had to redraw and extend various parts of the background.
Also PARALLAX SKY baby! Not many people do them, I'm probably one of the few.

SSJ4 Kamehameha X10, SSJ4 Vegeta Final Shine assist, Big Bang Kamehameha fusion attack, regular/Instant Kamehameha, probably a couple other moves I missed. But yeah, what I'm getting at is, this guy mostly seems to have a shit ton of Hawaiian energy beams.

Updates!
+ Fixed Head/Mid Position.
+ Fixed Infinites.
+ Fixed All shadows, It was a over looked issue.
+ Fixed Knock Down issue with Ki Barrage.
+ Fixed Grab/ Floor issue.

After 2 Beta releases, Now its time for his official release.
I could be horribly wrong when I say this but I Believe I fixed everything mentioned about him during his beta phase.
I added the missing sounds and effects stuff, and more voices so he plays more proper.

OH as for the random palette thing, its gone with now sorta.

however if you want to pick a random palette at ANY time press, DOWN, FORWARD, OR BACK, and START at the same time to change palettes.

This is a silly question, but why does everyone code these HD characters with localcoord 320x240, and downscale them in the CNS?
