  1. Damn guys. GTA Online is suppose to be live today. But there are server errors and Rockstar is working on it at the moment. When you make a game that sells 800Million in the 1st Day. You can imagine the release of "Online Play" is gonna take a huge demand to fill on the servers.

  3. no i'd say you and him are on par, mainly because you have the old knowledge, and he has the new knowledge. if we were to somehow combine the both of you. We'd have a god.
  4. you can release your work as you see fit. I can not tell you how to make your stages. I am giving feedback. and changing the zoffset doesnt take more than 5 seconds. 10 if your computer takes a while to load up notepad. I personally don't play mugen anymore so I have no need to change it, But I did test the stages before I told you, your zoffset is to high.
  5. the zoffset is to high again. stop making them so high. I don't care if there for a full game or whatever. the standard for all characters is what it is for a reason. please lower your zoffset. EDIT: Why is your localcoord 875,875? ok fine a full game, ok thats nice. but this is public release. you should use a standard number. 640,480 or 1280,720.

  7. If you post the video URL , just the way it is in the address bar, it will auto embed and be playable! If you post it as a URL it will not be!. please stop posting as url.
  8. whats the source of the stage? it looks great. also maybe your zoffset should be lower? (as in move the players up on the screen)
  9. that word "netplay" is such a tease . LOL. its nice looking. but some of the elements are strange. the floor/skull is illuminated yet the background is stark black.
  10. this may have already been posted. but when you specify a localcoord, mugen.cfg gamewidth and height do not matter. basically once localcoord is in the character will scale properly regardless of resolution.

  17. its not real because Rugal was never made for KOF 13. someone did some sprites for him though. and maybe he may have 1 or 2 offical arts. but thats it.

  19. Oh the tiles are from RPG Maker, I literally made the stage using RPG maker, then converted the tiles to use with mugen.

  22. First post is updated with the Developer Reference guide, written up by alexei. Consider that guidelines to making a character for the game. Please follow the instructions accordingly.
  23. I really want to tell you art money wont do any good for TvC. but then knowing you and your ability to rip 3d models the old fashion way. Im just not. LOL cause I know you would find a way to rip the sprites LOL. Artmoney would make you a GOD.
  24. no one has posted because... I don't know. But really alot of people dont use 1.1 yet. and alot of people don't want quickly coded stages with zoom, some people want it done correctly.
