hmmm that is tricky. Normally even if postype is P2, if it hits a enemy it would cling to them be it 2 or 4. So to hit both people, its hard to tell who its hitting. -
is your mugen REALLY BIG? like with a HUGE roster?

Yes the link appears to be down. Can you please re-upload it? Also I went to your website, I checked out Cloud, I didnt see much progress on him. I do like your artstyle, do you think you show more progress on cloud? Also I think if you work on 1 character at a time you'll get more done, than spreading your abilities all over.

Sony themselves said it was part of there Legacy-ware catalogue. Games will still come out for it, but that doesnt mean Sony wants it to live. Look at the Dreamcast, the console "died" in 2001 in the US. But the last released game for it was in 2013. Also all those JRPG's, I personally think there bland.

No as far as I know the Vita is considered " Legacy-ware" meaning its Dead.

I wont believe the FF7 thing until i see some form of artwork from it. OK! Im In @ Galva, yeah I figured but we ususally have E3 news here I havent seen anything this year so I wanted to fill in some info.

So far, from what i've seen on Playstation Lifestyles the PS4 is just getting ALOT of sequels. Street Fighter 5 Hitman Battlefield Tony Hawk Assassin's Creed Syndicate (EW) Rainbow Six Several possible Generic Shooters. Loads of DLC for existing games. According to Nintendo Life (oddly enough) The Xbox will be getting a special bundle called "Rare Reply" Which is a back catalogue of Rareware games exclusively for the Xbox One. Xbox One is also getting backwards compatibility to Xbox 360 games, Im not sure if its FULL backwards compataibility but as of now about 20 games were mentioned. I don't have a xbox to care much to recall them. as for Nintendo themselves, affording to Nintendo Life (properly this time) The Legend Of Zelda (Wii U) Devil's Third (Wii U) Super Mario Maker (Wii U) Star Fox (Wii U) Fire Emblem (3DS) Animal Crossing : Happy Home Designer (3DS) Hyrule Warriors (N3DS) Skylanders Superchargers (Wii U) Just Dance 2016 (Wii U) Have been annouced so far. I think with the FF15 engine. FF7 Remake would be hella freaking AWESOME. Or even if they used the Dissidia (arcade) battle system for 3 on 3 combat. It would still be freaking AWESOME.

I know about the super spark that was laziness on my end for not aligning it. The laugh at the end is me taunting. karin goes back to normal after sakura knocks him down. For the team ups I dont want Karin to have the last hit. I want the crosser overer's to get it. Kinda like how some of the team up moves work in Project Justice.

make sure its .wav format, 16hz you can use 32, 44 and 48. but you won't hear a difference and filesize can be bigger.

you can't use ~s, because sencing when your release a button does not work well with command buffers. try this. ~B,F,B,F,s for the sake of testing try that. if it works, then change to another command. something that does NOT resemble another move.

load up the character, or the character's sound file. then go to "save sound as WAV" when the window pop's up, select ALL. and then select where you want it to save to. I recommend making a folder to put them in.

nothing is down there. im never seen such a low wide screen resolution before. but as i said nothing is down there just more blue, or watever background color the application has. -
yes the hard way. extract all sounds and then using audacity incrase the volume. save it, and re-add them to the SND file.

what do you use to make these?

if your doing this in fighter factory aftering adding your NEW sprites. if you remove the palette of the NEW sprites it will be forced to take the FIRST palette in FF3. this is good if your adding sprites from another character with a very similar palette, but it doesnt quiet add up. This is probably one of the most difficultiest things to explain. Each sprite has its own palette, or rather each group in this case. If that group does not match the pre-existing palette's palette, then it will add to FF3 as its own palette, even if 1 color is off by 1. which would make it nor display correctly in mugen. My method is to make both images look like the same palette. then copy paste from the new sprites into the old sprites image, to force/retain the palette.

your bound high should never be 0 if you want to jump. I personally set bound high to -100 if i want super jump. but otherwise -60 i think is fine. -

You know what I do , I would literally recode the entire stage. the hardest part (your idea of it) is done. coding should be easier. -
