In SSBM I Played with Roy alot, That Ike (even doe true he's slower And heavy the fact he was armored) reminds me of him. However If they bring Roy back and replace Ike and Marth with Chrome + another Fire emblem Character that be awesome. As for Wario its a maybe unless they give his regular fighting style(Based of "Wario world", Wario shack it [Wii] and his Wario land games) then his "Warioware" self then he is a keeper. Now Lucario was in SSBB because of his popularity of pokemon gamers (including myself) but he could be replace as you said with other pokemon. Ice Climbers is in if Nintendo is able to but them back in the game or not.

Jigglypuff should be able to hit other characters physically except Banette unless it uses the "ice-beam" speacial move, corresponding to Banette uses regular physical attacks unless it uses its special ghost-moves it shoudn't effect jigglypuff(even though it hits but dos'nt do or little damage), but mainly Ghosteo pokemon characters are coded only to each other and not made to be going against other different characters since they were made for his game only. Though "Mugen standard wise", these characters will need to be fixed in referring to the basic state "common1.cns" in order for them to work normally in mugen. Yes I know about that already. Thats pretty much how Ghosteo codes his characters in a way pokemon battles suppose to be if the moves are effective (normal damage), super effective (big damage) not too effective(little damage) or no effect (it will take no damage even if the character are hit by the move) referring to his coding info in the "element.txt" in his character pack.

Characters like this are fun, especially when you put them against Mortal Kombat Characters. (Edit them with some more Blood and Gore......Mwahahahahaha! FATALITY!!! ) [Just kidding around ]
