Well this character(moon) is from IWBTG and the moon plays its own theme which is the majora mask fight theme also it has many diff palletts like the majora mask moon, pizza, smiley face, and a Pokeball.

thanks, I don't know how to dodge that, it was an accident, I think you just need to run around and when it hits the ground it won't hit you

I've actually avoided its final move before with a small character. (forgot who) I ran around like mad and when it landed, I was in the lower corner of the stage. Still, that final is nearly unavoidable.
