Ok maybe not but it is for me. SxVector told me you could load up a pal.act file in mugen 1.0 characters. But i didnt know how or believe him. then i tried it and i was like OH SHIT!! PEOPLE CAN NOW MAKE PALLETES FOR ME!!

because i thought once you set there mugenversions = 1.0 , your palletes needed to be in the SFF2.

yeah appearntly i can still leave .act files and people could make pals from them and use them in my chars.
