So very true. But still thats no fun. Let it be like Galactus where it takes skill and smarts to beat him, since he will body you in a few shots. There are OP chars like Goku in mugen that a normal char can beat. He's a world icon, like Mario and Superman.

Didnt the creators say they actuially are in the same universe, but one is in the east and the other the west? Im not 100 on this, but I think imperfect cell 2 kills luffy when he blows up one of the islands. Luffy was made after a bystander on the island in the manga, so maybe toriyama retconned it to actually have been luffy
