Scaner (fixed for newer M.U.G.E.N versions) (APRIL UPDATE)

Despite Scaner is the earliest so-bad-its-good janky character in M.U.G.E.N. history,
I decided to convert him by fixing command, and constants for newer M.U.G.E.N version.
That includes fixes for palettes, sounds and sprites. And don't forget victory quotes (1.0 version and up only).

 

With thanks to another ancient DOSMugen compilation, the character was integrated to the second version from 2000.

 

WHAT'S NEW:
    All colision boxes are revamped;
    All Punches and Kicks are revamped ( no errors );
    Character size (in screen) was fixed;
    Mussara Cani Zahau transparence, timing and FXmug portrait now are fixed;
    Some sprites was exchanged by others more pretty;
    Aerial Blow system like X-Men vs. Street Fighter added;
    Colors Fixed.
    Projectiles does not cast shadows
    Running Forward/Backwards fixed

    Life increased to 1000
