How do I upscale 640x480 lifebars?

asking that because the vortex infinity lifebars are too s m o l for my screen
title says it all, idc if you still don't understand because that's all i have to say

UPDATE: case closed. 640x480 screenpacks are now going to be considered as options, and i will try a "test run" of any 640x480 screenpack i like.
UPDATE NO. 2: as i haven't found any 640x480 screenpacks i would like because 1. they are in a collections thread and 2. uh, what's reason number two? anyways, because of that, i have decided on trying to find lifebars that could fit my screen.

Lifebars are silly because they have to match the screenpack's localcoord, so in this instance, your screenpack's localcoord is larger than 640x480.

 

You have three options:

• Get a 640x480 screenpack
• Manually resize and reposition the lifebars
• Use Ikemen GO, which allows lifebars to use their own localcoord.

i hate having to manually resize the lifebars, as they are tedious, and i don't really feel about using ikemen, so a 640x480 screenpack would be a viable option. however, i do not want to make a drastic switch to a 640x480 screenpack. would resizing the localcoord of the screenpack (note: i'm using the ORIGINAL mugen screenpack) in the code be the next most viable option to me?

You'd then have to manually resize the screenpack, as everything will now appear larger.
