A really old version of Sparkster, with its files dating back to March 2002, a few months before Pneophen made his own version of the char. It's pretty much just a spriteswap of Ssonic's Super Sonic, except that the sprites from that char have been replaced with Sparkster's and its sounds were unchanged.
