Anyway, I was playing tag mode with Sula and Fliz and when I did this Sula special, Flamme was sent to limbo
I already tested it on single and it didn't give this bug

Could be many reasons. First port of call is to check the debug (CTRL+D) and see if there's any errors, then see what state/anim Flamme is in when she falls through the floor.

So in case I have to change the state of the Flamme?
Because there's a character that doesn't give this bug like Kyo Kusanagi
Would it be the same state for everyone?

Not all the characters share the same states however it is possible that the attack that is making your character fly away puts the opponent in a certain custom state which you need to revise. But as Plasmoidthunder told you the first thing you have to do is look in the debug mode which state your character activates and if there is an error. In any case it would be better that once you know which state is you copy the code here.
