Dippy is a little cartoon character of mine I made when I was around 12. I wanted to get into mugen for a long time and I decided, why not make Dippy? I've worked on him for about half a year now. He's the first character that i've ever made on MUGEN. Hope you guys like him!

Things about him:

He has Good AI. (From what i've seen.)
Somewhat smooth animations.
Fun to play and Great to watch hopefully.
