this character was a really old character that I made around 2010 when I was around 6 years old. I found this character buried on my hard drive somewhere, and after a few touch-ups(a fuck ton of touch ups), I finally decided to release this guy, hope you guys enjoy him this is the third version of this character that was cleaned up by me, versions 1 and 2 are lost. I wanted to get into mugen for a long time and I decided, why not make Dippy? I've worked on him for about half a year now. He's the first character that i've ever made on MUGEN. Hope you guys like him! Things about him: He has Good AI. (From what i've seen.) Somewhat smooth animations. Fun to play and Great to watch hopefully.
