ELECTRO Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 Ultimate Blanka plays similar to Capcom's Vs series & is for Mugen 1.0 & Mugen 1.1. To see his move list hit the start button. I have updated his stage & renamed it so if you were using the old one then it needs to be replaced for the stage intro to work. If you want to make your own palettes then there is a smart palette act you can enable. Note that on Pal 6 he is set to have red electricity Pal FX & on Pal 12 he will have blue electricity Pal FX, so keep that in mind if your making your own palettes. Enjoy!
