Found Totoro edit on AK1 and reuploaded it, so now it's online again

Again, so much time I didn't touch this XD I made some changes this time:

-Collection updated to my actual standards (included changed green to blue for Edited chars)

-Changed Stages section to Other MUGEN Stuff, where I also added Palettes

-Added the (huge) list of missing/TBM chars

-Since they're in my WIP list on my site, updated my name with the link of WIPs (I hope to finish them someday)

-Replaced Rario link for AK1 one since the jap site is offline
