By Fervicante. the char is from RIval Schools Project Justice for those that know this game back in the day. good old dreamcast. Was kinda waiting on this for a while now. seems like the author wanted to give this char a KOF feel to it though she's a capcom character.

Actually, Laharl, this is an edit Rival Schools is a 3D fighting game and he did the sprites in SNK style, like that Leon Kennedy and Metal Slug Trevor.

It's heavy edited, but there are lots of frankenspriting in there

I think we need a "Capcom" sub-forum in the SNK area for the Capcom-based (SvC and edited) characters and a "SNK" for Capcom for the SNK-based characters (like CvS and edited), and/or maybe some redirecting threads to have those characters in both areas
