I dunno, but he looks more like a cardinal, rather than a pirate.

Hmm.... you got a point their.... the hat he wears the symbol on it looks like an anchor and wears a cape which makes me think he a pirate. then again he seem more like a bishop at the same time. :-P

Well either way he seems like a awesome character to be converted for mugen. :-)
