Has moves from MvC2 Hulk, MSH Hulk, MGMurrow's Hulk, and ScruffyDragon Hulk, all in one. The most complete Hulk in mugen. Except his Amalgam Super breaks the character if it misses. (thanks DIzzy)

Nice! It's been a while since I've seen scruffy hulk and even sweeter that he has some neat new stuff! I see some great ideas here.
