Everybody's favorite "Ripoff of Kano" from Street Fighter: The Movie made in a manner to be similar to Ahuron's custom KoF 13 stuff. Wanted to make this guy ever since i became a creator but didnt really get around to doing it till now.

Tthis is the best MK type characters I ever played. Can you do more like this? Kintaro and Goro need this kind of treatment badly

Nah since those got accurate conversions already. I have plans to do it on the Arcade version of Sawda however.

Just picked him up pretty nice so far

Some feedback,

-The Heavy Artiliery x2 level 2 super usually only hits with the first of the 2 rockets (first one doesnt send the opponent high enough to hit with the second one) tested on kung fu man. It would hit if i was all the way back on the other side of the screen as far as I could go. 

-His level 3 super Battle of Annihilation gives the following debug: 164077: Warning: Player Max Force no 357 (56) in state 3010: Negative Explod Random Param.

 

Will let you know if i find anything else

Did some updates. Sorry it took awhile was occupied with school.

-Added damage dampener to general hits and projectiles
-Reduced the damage of lvl 1 supers to do 210 in total
-Reduced the damage of lvl 2 supers to do 420 in total
-Reduced the damage of the lvl 3 super to 630 in total
-Can no longer combo chain "No Deserters" into itself
-"Sky Dagger Kick" is now preformed with "A" instead of "B"
-Reduced the size of the gun in the lvl 3 from 1.1,1.1 to 1,1
