Ah nice, I looked under SWR and only found an Iku and a Tenshi.

 

Still can't find Efreet. Google shows nothing at all.

Since Patchouli was originally appeared in TH 06 so she's under Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (well you should've at least saw the portraits while browsing that page)
